Email address used for purchase
Reason for the claim
Photos of the product(s) for which the claim is being filed.
The claim period is up to 5 days from the moment your purchase is marked as delivered . If more than this time has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the specific nature of the jewelry, all custom-made products cannot be returned.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted on products purchased on SALE or PROMOTION, personalized products, or special orders.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted on GIFT CARDS.
If for any reason you received an incorrect item other than the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. For a refund to be processed, the product you wish to return must be unused, in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, bags, or boxes.
If a refund is requested and processed, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for the bank transaction from the date ENTRELAZADASBYMAYI receives the product.
